Our specialists work with engineering professionals to complete projects
Machine assembly services are relatively rare among midsize machine shops, which makes Titletown Manufacturing an even more valued partner for our customers who appreciate this level of expertise. The ability to provide assembly services complements our production of custom machined parts for a more comprehensive service offering.
We have expanded our machine assembly services over the past several years from smaller subassemblies to now assembling larger machine sections all the way to complete machines. We also provide a wide range of associated services in-house including machining, electrical, hydraulics and guarding.
You can depend on the Titletown Manufacturing team to bring together every aspect of a machine assembly project, regardless of how many suppliers are involved. Our role often involves the production of custom machined parts, while the customer and other manufacturing partners may supply additional components in advance of our machine assembly services.
Larger facility assists with machine assembly services
One of the main reasons Titletown Manufacturing moved to a new facility in 2021 was to enhance our ability to deal with larger projects such as those involved with machine assembly services. We now have 10,000 square feet of available space and two 10-ton overhead bridge cranes to safely maneuver heavy loads.
The climate-controlled comfort afforded by our new facility also helps us attract and retain the talented team members necessary for high-quality production. We have specialists in machine assembly services on staff who have the expertise to communicate directly with engineering professionals.
OEMs depend on us to deliver machine assembly services that benefit from consistent quality control and predictable turnaround times. We can even perform test runs of your machine prior to shipment, ensuring the asset will be ready to run upon delivery.
